Cancel an order

For Clara Arden New York orders, contact our team as soon as possible with your order number and purchase email. If processing or shipment has not begun, we will try to cancel and refund your order.

After dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible. Please follow our return process after delivery.

Membership requests

If you have an active membership, you may request cancellation at any time through our Cancel Membership page. Requests submitted before the next billing date stop future renewals. Benefits already paid for continue through the current billing period unless your enrollment terms specify otherwise.

We aim to process cancellation requests within one business day and send confirmation by email. Sending a request is not an instant automated cancellation.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. Contact us promptly about an unexpected charge so we can review it.
