Clara Arden New York jewelry warranty

Our jewelry carries a one-year limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects. Coverage includes material and workmanship faults, defective clasps or settings present at purchase, and premature discoloration under normal use.

Exclusions

Normal wear, loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, improper storage, third-party alterations or repairs, and damage from water, chemicals, perfume, or lotions are excluded.

Make a claim

Contact us with your order number and photographs. Wait for instructions before returning an item. You pay return postage unless the item arrived defective.

Following assessment, we may repair the piece, supply the same or a comparable replacement, or offer store credit. Approved repairs or replacements carry no additional charge. We aim to resolve claims within 10–14 business days after receiving the returned item.

This warranty is separate from our 30-day return policy and does not reduce your statutory rights.
