Shipping Policy

Clara Arden New York delivery

We ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is $8 USD. Orders of $70 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping where available. An Express option is available for $15 USD where offered at checkout. The shipping methods and final charges available for your address are shown before you pay.

Processing and transit

Order preparation normally takes 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Transit typically takes another 6–12 business days, giving an estimated total of 7–15 business days.

These are estimates for standard delivery, not guaranteed dates. Holidays, weather, carrier disruption, and busy periods can affect arrival. Where an Express estimate is displayed at checkout, it applies after order preparation; selecting Express does not remove processing time.

Tracking and addresses

When tracking is available, we include it in your shipment confirmation. Please check your address carefully at checkout and contact us immediately if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Shipping delays

If we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Delivery estimates do not remove your rights if an order is not delivered.

Delivery assistance

Contact our team with your order number if your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged. We will investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue.
